The Stampin' Up! Office Building and Distribution Center was a project where the owner wanted to obtain a colonial type feel for the building and wanted an exterior skin that would provide the look and feel she desired.  During pre-construction, Okland, in collaboration with the architect, provided the owner with seven different exterior skin samples. For each of the exterior skin samples, Okland provided the owner with a pricing and constructability analysis.  Okland analyzed the source, quantity, unit measurement, unit prices, and delivery in days.  From this information Okland provided the owner with the cost difference and time difference to go from one exterior skin to another.
