Each of these one-story, approximately 45,000 square foot steel-stud and wood-frame assisted living centers contains almost 70 home-like, shared suites and private accommodations with wheelchair access and features a recreational area, full-kitchen and dining facilities, exercise and strength areas, a laundry room, library, and a garden courtyard. The exterior of these buildings are EFIS (one being white siding) and with roofs consisting mostly of clay roofing tile.
