The Old Mill Medical Clinic & Office Building is a three-story, steel structure covering 73,000 square feet. Meticulous planning and organization are key factors in the construction of medical office buildings, demanding a systematic work plan and constant review of the work schedule. This medical facility contains office suites for internal medicine, senior care, education, diagnostics, rehab/fitness, OB/GYN, pediatrics with areas for physician office space, patient waiting rooms, exam areas, nursing and receptionist stations, and x-ray facilities.
