Ogden Regional Medical Center Addition & Tenant Improvements

In this ORMC project, Okland constructed 5,000 square feet, state-of-the-art additions to the existing medical campus – which included new cardiovascular suites, a new eye laboratory. For the 3,500 square feet of tenant improvement projects, precise coordination was required to ensure ongoing operations of the cardiovascular areas, lineal accelerator area and several operating rooms – all of which were phased to minimize the impacts on patient care. All electrical shut-downs required detailed – down to the minute – schedules, along with thorough backup schedules.
