Gold Canyon Medical Clinic

This 8,000 square foot medical facility contains clinical space for four physician groups. This Arviso/Okland Construction Joint Venture project included construction of a spacious lobby; reception, clerical, and administration office space; several specialty treatment rooms; a dozen examination rooms; nurse stations; private physician offices; and lunch, waiting rooms and multiple bathrooms. The clinic is also equipped to handle emergency/trauma services to patients that could then be transported to local hospitals. Project included four examination rooms, two nurse stations, two private offices, lunch and waiting rooms and a toilet room. The clinic is also equipped with a CT scanner, a radiographic x-ray room and other critical care medical equipment. The landscaping showcases the natural beauty of the area.
