Dixie Regional MC Medical Office Building The Dixie Regional Medical Center Medical Office Building is a four-story, 80,000 square foot physician office building linked to the main medical campus by concourses on each floor for the ease of patients and visitors. Each floor contains 20,000 square feet of doctors’ offices, medical treatment clinics and surgical service space. The building was constructed to be very similar both on the interior and exterior of the Dixie Regional Medical Center, with earth tone colors, maximized architectural day-lighting and other high-end interior design features like specialty woodwork, tile, etc. The exterior features mostly colored EFIS with metal and glass architectural features. Their similarities in construction along with their master-planned location to each other create a positive physical and visual relationship between the two structures.
