Myriad Genetics, Phase IV Expansion
Larger than any previous expansion phase, this new three-story, 60,000 square foot moment-frame steel building will sit directly to the north of the existing structures. The building will feature the same glass curtain wall and a panelized masonry veneer as the rest of the campus. The building will feature stone and other high-end finishes for the new office and laboratory space for cancer research through gene alteration therapy. The building also incorporates vibration performance criteria for the floor framing system. The building is connected to the main structure by a concrete bridge, and will have a new two and a half story underground parking structure that will connect to the previous parking structure built in phase three – also by Okland.
