Mountain West Medical Office Building

This 120,000 square foot Medical Office Complex is the focal point of a Mixed-Use Development in Bountiful, Utah. Okland worked closely with an ownership group of local physicians to develop project budgets compatible with available funds and to utilize construction methods and materials engineered for maximum efficiency and value during construction and into occupancy. The building’s size and configuration was developed to allow an efficient, flexible internal layout of physician offices from 1,400 SF to 12,000 square feet. Externally, the building has an attractive design, with multiple color schemes and detailed architectural elements as well as an accompanying two-story parking garage. The doctors' offices feature exam rooms, procedure rooms, minor surgery, lab, x-ray, nurse stations, staff and support areas. The building also houses a large, 17,000 square foot full-service, surgical outpatient clinic, an imaging center and medical-related retail located on the first floor of building.
