The single-story building houses a large, full-service surgical outpatient clinic and imaging center with four surgery suites, 12 in-patient beds, emergency medical area with and complete imaging center with MRI, CT and X-ray. The doctors' offices feature exam rooms, procedure rooms, nurse stations, staff lockers/area and areas for support space. The exterior finish is a "rustic mountain" motif with a combination of natural colors native to the Southern Colorado area on hardi-panel and storefront.
