This 119.000 square foot project was an addition of an existing facility that included tenant improvement work to the area joining the two new phases. The building’s exterior was built to resemble the orange masonry brick with the blue-tinted window systems. The interior of the new phase consisted mostly of new office space, with some areas for labs and storage as well as a new lobby and public meeting areas with high-end features. The project also required the connection of the mechanical systems to a central mechanical area in the phase two building. Because of owner occupation, it was important to ensure the safety of the clients and staff by building temporary sidewalks and stairs.
