This addition to the Jordan Valley Hospital consisted of 100,000 square-feet of renovation work and new construction. This two-story, structural steel building is clad in brick veneer and features many windows, skylights and additional architectural daylighting materials/systems. The expansion contains a full-service women’s center featuring pre-natal, delivery and post-partum services. The renovation consisted of a seismic upgrade to the area of the original hospital that contained the women’s services as well as a tenant improvement of these areas to house new departments and offices. The interiors of the new building feature a bubbling water fountain in the interior lobby with exposed archbeams, marble and stone work, with architectural woodwork and paneling for a modern, pleasing environment.
